83-85 Wuxing Rd Historic Private Villa Preservation

83-85 Wuxing Rd is a 3,000 sqm historic private villa preservation project consisting of three separate buildings. The project had undergone renovation ten years prior and was in need of an update.

The villas were reconfigured to provide several exclusive whole floor apartments, each with their own terrace and/or garden spaces. The major works included new structure for more open plan flexibility, larger windows for added light and facade upgrades to bring back the authenticity of the original architecture.

The project is now occupied by boutique hotel Bamboo Retreat.
