Urban Renewal & Commercial Office Transformation
ANKEN focuses on the reuse and redevelopment of existing buildings for commercial office, retail and mixed-use purposes. By doing this, we bring new life to buildings and areas that have been abandoned or fallen into disrepair.
ANKEN is a strong advocate of this kind of urban renewal – one which attracts creative and innovative industries in order to collectively effect positive change and place making.
